Effective Date: This policy is effective from August 5, 2025 and applies to all ERP service purchases and subscriptions made on or after this date.

Custom ERP Development
Tailored ERP systems built from scratch according to specific business requirements.
Development Period: 2-12 monthsERP Implementation
Setup and configuration of existing ERP solutions for your business processes.
Implementation Period: 2-8 weeksERP Maintenance & Support
Ongoing technical support, updates, and maintenance services for existing ERP systems.
Subscription-based serviceCancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their ERP services or subscriptions at any time by submitting a written request to our support team.
- Service cancellation is effective from the next billing cycle or agreed date.
- There is no refund for any payments already made.
- Post-cancellation, access to the ERP system will be revoked as per agreement terms.
- Any associated services such as hosting, integration, or third-party tools will also be terminated.

All payments made to GROUPZON ENTERPRISES for ERP services, subscriptions, development, implementation, or maintenance are non-refundable. We strongly encourage clients to review service details thoroughly before making a purchase or renewal.
Refund Process & Timeline
As per our No Refund Policy, we do not entertain refund requests once a payment has been processed. If you wish to cancel future services, please contact our support team to initiate cancellation.
Service Modification & Upgrade Policy
Scope Changes
- Minor Changes (≤20% scope): No additional charges if requested within first 30% of project completion
- Major Changes (>20% scope): Additional charges apply with revised timeline and cost estimate
- Feature Additions: Calculated based on complexity and development hours required
- Integration Requests: Third-party integrations may incur additional costs
Service Upgrades
- Plan Upgrades: Immediate upgrade available with pro-rated pricing
- Additional Modules: Can be added at discounted rates for existing clients
- Support Tier Changes: Upgrade or downgrade support levels as needed
- User License Expansion: Additional user licenses at competitive pricing
Subscription-Based Services
Monthly Subscriptions

Annual Subscriptions
- ✅ Cancel anytime during the term
- ❌ No refund for unused months or early termination
Enterprise Contracts
